Secondary school students are invited to join our Teen Gym program, where they can learn to use gym equipment safely and correctly, improve their fitness, and follow personalised programs designed by qualified trainers.
Sessions are held at the Gisborne Fitness Centre on selected weekdays from 4pm to 5pm and Saturdays from 9am to 10am.
Important: Participants under 16 years of age require written parent/guardian consent before attending.
