Organisation structure

Overview

Our Council services are provided by three directorates that report directly to the Acting Chief Executive Officer. Three managers also report directly to the Acting Chief Executive Officer.

Please note that while the Community Wellbeing directorate was removed from the organisation structure in March 2020, the core functions of this directorate have not ceased and are still being delivered within the existing structure.

If you wish to contact particular departments or individual staff members, call (03) 5422 0333. Our customer service staff will be able to direct your call to the appropriate person.
