NAIDOC Week celebrations are held across Australia each July to celebrate the history, culture and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

NAIDOC is celebrated not only in Indigenous communities, but by Australians from all walks of life.

2025 Celebrations

National NAIDOC Week was celebrated from 6 to 13 July 2025, marking 50 years of the week-long celebrations. The theme was 'The Next Generation: Strength, Vision & Legacy', which celebrated achievements of the past and the bright future ahead.
