Let's Begin is a new 5-week running program, for complete beginners with no experience required.
If you've never run before, curious to try it out, or perhaps you're coming back to running after having time off - this program is for you.
It's a 5-week program only, with a combination of fitness exercises including strength, conditioning and running techniques. The goal is to build strength, get fit and improve your confidence with running.
Cost
The first session of the program on Wednesday 3 September is free!
Then if you're keen to join the program, the following four weeks are an upfront payment of $51.20.
Dates, time and location
Starts Wednesday 3 September, 5pm and continues on Wednesdays until last session on 1 October 2025.
45 minute class.
