“Let’s Begin” Beginners Running Program
Let’s Begin is a new 6-week running program, for complete beginners with no experience required.
If you’ve never run before, curious to try it out, or perhaps you’re coming back to running after having time off - this program is for you.
It’s a 6-week program only, with a combination of fitness exercises including strength, conditioning and running techniques. The goal is to build strength, get fit and improve your confidence with running.
We’re offering the first session FREE to all new attendees - come and try it out!
If you’re keen to join the full program, the next 5 sessions are $12.40 each - as an upfront payment of $62.
- Date/Time: Wednesday 14 May, 5:30pm (1hr class) - Wednesdays thereafter
- Location: Macedon Ranges Sports Precinct, cnr Barringo and Hamilton roads, New Gisborne
