Impacts to our after-hours service - April 2024

Council has been notified of a cyber incident impacting our after-hours service provider.

In the interim, we have set up an alternate after-hours message, to help triage urgent Council queries to relevant on-call numbers.

Please continue to call 5422 0333 during business hours, your call will be answered by our customer service team.

Citizenship ceremonies

The Department of Home Affairs processes Australian citizenship applications and will invite you to a citizenship ceremony.

These are held approximately four times a year, including one 25 January. Family and friends are welcome.

During the ceremony, conducted by the Mayor, you will be asked to make the Australian Citizen pledge. You will then receive your Citizenship Certificate.
