Free pads and tampons

Vending machines providing free pads and tampons are available at Gisborne, Romsey and Woodend libraries, and Kyneton Town Hall.

The machines are provided as part of the Victorian Government’s FreePads and Tampons Program.

The $23 million government-funded program aims to improve access to essential menstruation products in public places across Victoria.

Pads and tampons are a necessity, not a luxury. Access to these products supports health, dignity and full participation in community life.
