Events and Festivals Grant Program

Events and Festivals provide significant social and economic benefits for the shire.  In recognition of the positive outcomes for community and business Council runs an annual Events and Festival Grant Program.

The Grant Program is for groups and organisations seeking funding and/or in-kind support for events and festivals within the shire. The program has three different tiers to enable all events and festivals to apply depending on size, focus and complexity. 

In addition to this grant program, Council can assist event and festival organisers with a range of services all year round such as assistance with permits and legislation, promotional opportunities, COVIDSafe planning, other grant funding, or general advice around event planning coordination.

The 2021-2022 program will be open for applications from 29 March to 3 May 2021.
