Report an issue

To report an urgent issue such as a fallen tree over a road, a dangerous dog, dog attack or roaming livestock call (03) 5422 0333 (24 hours).

In case of emergency, call 000 (triple zero).

You can also report other issues in your street or neighbourhood, or submit an enquiry or feedback online: 

• general enquiries and feedback
• drainage issues
• missed or damaged bins
• potholes or grading issues on a road
• service requests for home care and/or home maintenance

Using apps to report issues

While we understand that third party apps and online services such as Snap Send Solve, My Council Services, NeatStreets etc are convenient tools for reporting issues, they are not always free for councils to use and we are unable to subscribe to each and every app. 

If you do report an issue via one of these apps, we are able to log the report into our customer request system, however without a subscription, our ability to follow up with you to ask for more information or provide an update is limited.
