To report an urgent issue such as a fallen tree over a road, a dangerous dog or roaming livestock call (03) 5422 0333 (24 hours, seven days a week). In case of emergency, call 000 (triple zero).

Other requests and enquiries

• Enquiries: submit a general enquiry or request
• Bins: report a missed bin collection or a damaged or lost bin
• Dumped rubbish: report a location
• Fines and infringements: apply for a review
• Roads: report a pothole or grading issue

Requests lodged after hours will be attended to the next working day.

Snap Send Solve app

You can report issues or share feedback via the Snap Send Solve app.

All you need to do is snap a photo, confirm the location on the map, add a few details and hit Send.

Reports submitted through the app are forwarded to Council and managed through our usual service request process.
