Outdoor exercise stations and Free Inclusive Training (FIT) Project

1. Overview 

Council have four outdoor exercise stations designed for people of all ages and abilities. Everyone is welcome.

2. Important Health and Safety Advice

When using the outdoor exercise stations, we ask that you follow this health and safety advice:

  • Warm up before using the equipment.

  • Drink water to stay hydrated.

  • Stop immediately if you feel any pain, discomfort or dizziness.

  • Protect your skin when the UV is three and above.

  • Wipe down the equipment after use.

  • Stretch to cool down.

  • Use caution when touching metal surfaces on hot days.
