Aqua aerobics

Aquatic based fitness programs that use water resistance and equipment to improve cardiovascular fitness.

Cardio Exercise

Check out our range of aerobic and cardio classes designed to improve your fitness.

Cross training and strength

From gym circuits and boxing to spin and strength classes, there are a range of programs to suit all ages and abilities.

Gentle exercise

Exercise classes that are designed to help you improve your fitness and increase muscle tone and manage/prevent illness.

Getting fit at home

These routines are designed for you to do in the comfort of your own home so you can keep up your active and healthy lifestyle during COVID-19.

Teen hour sessions

Teen hour sessions offer under 16s a chance to learn to use gym equipment correctly while improving their fitness.

Access for All Abilities Play

Access for All Abilities Play (AAA Play) is a State Government funded not-for-profit organisation helping to connect people of all abilities to sport and recreation opportunities in their area.

Outdoor exercise stations and Free Inclusive Training (FIT) Project

Council have four outdoor exercise stations, in Kyneton, Woodend, Romsey and Gisborne. Exercising outdoors is a great way to maintain an active and healthy lifestyle, and improve your mental health.
