As part of Council’s 2025–26 New Footpath Program, a new 1.5 metre wide concrete footpath will be constructed along the missing link on south side of Southbourne Road, from the existing path near Racecourse Road to Parkview Terrace.
Construction started on 17 November and was completed on 27 November.
We would like to thank residents, businesses and road users for their patience as works were being completed.
