Fencing Policy and Procedure

This policy and procedure defines whether Council will or will not contribute to fencing between Council owned or Council managed land and adjoining landowners, situations where an access gate maybe incorporated in a fence, and the processing of applications to construct, repair or replace a fence bounding Council land.
