Staying Strong

These group circuit classes are for men and women 50+ years of age. They are a low to moderate intensity exercise class.

New participants are encouraged to make an appointment on (03) 5429 5637 to view a class in progress and speak with the instructor to confirm suitability.

Paperwork is required to be completed in full before a participant commences classes.

These classes are not designed for rehabilitation or one on one exercise programming.

Classes are held during school terms only. They are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Back In The Game

Back in the Game is a modified indoor sports program endorsed by the Council Of The Ageing (COTA). These modified stadium circuit classes are aimed at people 50+ years of age.  

The program aims to improve the physical wellbeing and a person's quality of life, and provide opportunities to connect socially in a fun and friendly environment.

Ti-ga Karate Self Defence


Classes are now running at the centre on:

  • Mondays 6pm-8.15pm 
  • Wednesdays 6pm-8.15pm
  • Saturdays 9am-12pm.
