These group circuit classes are for men and women 50+ years of age. They are a low to moderate intensity exercise class.
New participants are encouraged to make an appointment on (03) 5429 5637 to view a class in progress and speak with the instructor to confirm suitability.
Paperwork is required to be completed in full before participant commences classes.
These classes are not designed for rehabilitation or one on one exercise programming.
Classes are held during school terms only, they are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
