C98 - Woodend Structure Plan

The structure plan articulates the vision and strategic framework for how the town will accommodate projected population growth through to the year 2036. The amendment translated the priorities identified in the structure plan into detailed planning controls and policies. 

The plan was adopted by Council on 28 May 2014.

Amendment C98

Planning Scheme Amendment C98, which implements the Woodend Structure Plan into the Macedon Ranges Planning Scheme, was approved by the Minister for Planning and gazetted on 15 June 2017.
