Rabbit Control Workshop - New Gisborne

Rabbit

A pair of rabbits can produce up to 184 rabbits in one year—and that adds up quickly. Feral rabbits are a serious pest in our region, causing damage to gardens, properties and natural areas, and helping invasive weeds spread.

Join Tim Bloomfield from the Victorian Rabbit Action Network (VRAN) and Council Officers for a practical workshop on how to control rabbits effectively using integrated pest management techniques.

What you'll learn:

  • How to tackle rabbit infestations on your property
  • A range of control methods
  • Why working together is essential for success

The workshop will be held at Magnet Hill, New Gisborne. The entrance is located via an unamed road near 10 Magnet Lane, New Gisborne.

Be aware that this is an outside event; bring water and wear appropriate clothing and footwear.

There are no toilet facilities available at this location.
