Playgroups and toy libraries

Playgroups

Playgroups offer opportunities for babies and pre-schoolers to socialise and develop new skills while their parents/guardians have opportunities to build friendships with other families within the community. Playgroups at Council-managed facilities can be found at the following locations:

Toy Libraries

Toy Libraries are a non-profit organisation run by volunteer members, providing a cost-effective way for parents to access fun and educational toys and play material. Toys available for loan cater for children from birth to eight years.  Toy libraries at Council-managed facilities can be found at the following locations:
