HMS Community is Australia's first Community Paramedic-led Healthcare Charity, saving lives and money by preventing unnecessary hospital stays based in the Macedon Ranges.

The HMS team is made up of; Community Paramedics, Community Nurses, Support Partners, Care Companions and Nurse Practitioners.
