Staying Strong

These group circuit classes are for men and women 50+ years of age. They are a low to moderate intensity exercise class.

New participants are encouraged to make an appointment on 03 5427 3411 to view a class in progress and speak with the instructor to confirm suitability.

Paperwork is required to be completed in full, before participant commences classes.

These classes are not designed for rehabilitation or one-on-one exercise programming.

Classes are held during school terms only, they are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Jane’s Gentle Exercise 

Gentle Exercise class is a gentle physical activity program suitable for anyone who hasn’t exercised for a while. It is designed to be safe for people with health conditions, including heart disease, diabetes, bone or joint problems. The easy to follow class structure can be modified for all abilities. Staff are qualified specifically for older adult exercise, and are on hand to answer any questions.

Zumba with Simone

Come and join us for a light-hearted, high energy Zumba dance class. A fun way to get your sweat on and dance the night away. Just $15 for the hour.

Carmel Amelia School of Dance has been providing high quality dance training in the Macedon Ranges for 22 years. Offering classical ballet in the Cecchette method, contemporary dance, jazz/funk, tap dance, baby ballet and jazz classes.

Circus

Want to learn static trapeze, aerial skills, Spanish web, tumbling, acro balance, hula hoops and handstands?

Classes run during the school terms and cater for school aged children 6-12 years and adults.

Beginners are most welcome.

Scottish Country Dance

The Scottish County Dance group practice on a Thursday afternoon from 1pm-3pm. The group practice patterns and routines through traditional Scottish music.

Karate 

Karate classes are held on Saturday afternoon from 3pm-4pm at the Buffalo Sports Stadium Woodend.

Beginners are welcome to join the sessions.
