Opening hours

Access to fitness centre for members is 24/7. Casual and pass holders can access the centre only during staffed operating hours.

Access to the gymnasium during unstaffed hours is only possible via key fob. All members wishing to purchase a fob must undergo a short induction session with a staff member.

Group fitness timetable

Group fitness training is a great way for people to start an exercise program, maintain their current level of fitness or simply challenge themselves.

We have a range of classes to suit all fitness levels and physical needs. Bookings are required for Monday spin/combo class.  Call us on (03) 5428 3318.

Class definitions


Held in the gym using a wide variety of equipment including cardio and weight training. Each week you can expect something new to step up your training program.

LesMILLS Bodypump

This barbell class will sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body, fast. Bodypump is one of the world's fastest ways to get in shape as it challenges all of your major muscle groups while you squat, press, lift and curl. Classes run for 55 minutes.


Pilates, yoga and stretching. PYAS combines elements of each to create a workout that builds flexibility, strength and core stability. Please bring a yoga mat for your own comfort (no mat hire available). Classes run for 55 minutes.

Fighting Fit

This high intensity interval training class includes a combination of cross fit training, boxing, self defence and interval work. Easy to follow with options for any fitness level.  

Staying Strong Circuit

For the mature adult that wants to build muscle and cardiovascular strength while enjoying the time of like-minded individuals. $8.00 a class.

Staying Strong Low Impact Aerobics

Class includes Taichi warm up, step, low impact aerobics, circuit (including balloon tennis, bean bag toss, hurdles, cones, ladder) & balance (yoga moves). Classes run for 60 minutes.


A choreographed class which uses steps to increase heart rate and improve cardio fitness while giving participants the option of keeping moves low-impact. Great music and fun moves make the session go fast. Classes run for 55 minutes.

Teen  Hour         

Under 16s can learn to use gym equipment correctly while getting fit or fitter under the supervision of a trained instructor. $8.00 casual visit. Monday to Friday 3.30pm to 5.30pm.  During school holidays teen gym participants are welcome anytime.
