Dry Conditions Workshop

Next date: Wednesday, 18 June 2025 | 10:30 AM

This workshop will be held on a property in Monegeetta.

Representatives from AgVic will focus the discussion on creating a feed budget and water budget and sharing strategies being used to get through the winter after the dry autumn.

The feed budget will not only focus on how much, but also the types of feeds that may need to be purchased to make the most of what you may have on hand.

The session will include a light lunch, a paddock walk and discussion. Once registered, the property address will be sent to you prior to the event.

Everyone is welcome to come along and learn from each other and discuss how your property is progressing through the season and how you are feed budgeting.

Please bring along a chair and a mug for a hot cuppa. Be aware some of this is an outside event, so make sure you wear appropriate clothing and footwear, and a minor level of fitness and mobility is required.
