Nexia Aged Care is a proud local, community-focused provider offering a continuum of aged care services, from residential aged care to in-home support. Formerly known as Warrina Aged Care, we rebranded in 2025 to reflect our growth and ongoing commitment to delivering high-quality, inclusive care that adapts to the evolving needs of older Australians and their families.

At Nexia, our goal is to support people to live well with dignity, independence, and purpose, wherever they call home. We provide tailored care that respects individual preferences, cultural identities, and personal goals, whether through one of our residential aged care homes or support at home services.

Residential Aged Care

Our purpose-built, Commonwealth-funded residential care facility offers both permanent and respite care. Featuring 79 rooms with private ensuites, including a secure dementia enabling environment with 13 dedicated beds, our New Gisborne home is designed to provide comfort, privacy, and safety. Onsite amenities such as a café, gym, hair salon, and inviting communal spaces foster connection, wellbeing, and a true sense of community.

Support at Home

Nexia also delivers personalised support at home services to assist older people to remain independent in their own homes. Our dedicated care team works in partnership with clients and families to design flexible care plans that meet their unique needs, from domestic assistance and personal care to allied health, transport, and social support.
