Two sections of concrete footpath on Hurst Drive in New Gisborne, from Station Road to Crossmount Drive, will be upgraded soon.
Council’s Footpath Renewal Program focuses on replacing and/or upgrading existing footpath and shared paths to enhance safety and accessibility.
Locations are prioritised based on condition assessments and inspections.
As part of the program, existing asphalt and brick footpaths are upgraded to concrete where possible.
