Lancefield Court House Upgrades

The proposed works include the installation of 3 electric split systems to replace the ageing underfloor gas heating, repairs to the accessible entry ramp, and minor upgrades to the kitchen flooring.

Key components of the project scope include:

  • Installation of reverse-cycle split-system units in the main courtroom and in the adjoining 'work room’.
  • Repairs to handrails and structural balustrade enhancements on the accessible ramp and replacement of deteriorated ramp timbers.
  • Replacement of vinyl floor in the kitchen.
