Connect Plus Plan Management has the capacity to provide plan management supports to NDIS participants looking for a genuine and caring plan manager.

I am a parent of an adult participant and have experience as a LAC, Plan Manager and Finance Manager therefore I understand that participants and family members can find managing plan budgets to be an overwhelming and challenging task.

I am committed to removing this element of stress and allowing participants to focus on achieving their individual goals.

I am located in Gisborne although can service all areas.
