Community Satisfaction Survey
Each year, Council participates in the Community Satisfaction Survey which is undertaken by the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning across Victorian Local Government areas.
The independent survey is conducted on behalf of councils across Victoria and participation is optional. Results are benchmarked against a state-wide average and other large rural shires.
Council’s Community Satisfaction Survey 2017(PDF, 4MB) results show residents’ satisfaction with Council’s overall direction is higher than last year and Council’s top three performing service areas are emergency management, waste and the appearance of public areas.
