Youth-led Planting Day

Next date: Saturday, 04 October 2025 | 11:00 AM

Join us on Saturday 4 October 2025 from 11am onwards for a youth-led planting day.

The day has been organised by the Youth Climate Group, who chose 5 Mile Creek as their first project as it is the home to the endangered and rare Black Gum species. They aim to help revegetation with a restoration project to enhance and protect its habitat.

Come along, roll up your sleeves, and help plant native species that will support local wildlife and make our community greener.

Free BBQ lunch provided!

Everyone is welcome — no experience needed, just bring your gardening gloves, enthusiasm and love for nature!
