Three Chain Road, Carlsruhe roadworks

A section of Three Chain Road, Carlsruhe will be widened and upgraded between Mowbrays Road and Institute Road, Carlsruhe. 

The project includes:

  • about 1.3km of existing road widened and re-constructed to a 7.6m-wide carriageway, from 120m west of Institute road intersection for a length of 1295m in a westerly direction
  • roadside drainage improvements
  • improved roadside signage as required. 

This project is funded by Australian Government Roads to Recovery Program.

The project is currently in design and construction dates will be published once the works are awarded. 

Minor delays are expected during the works. Please allow extra time if travelling in the area.
