Fitness and exercise classes are held at Macedon Community Centre.

Change It Up Training

Change It Up Training is more than a workout. We are a support system.

We believe in finding a health and fitness regime that suits you and your family, and exercise that brings you joy and gives you energy. If you find something you enjoy, you are far more likely to stick with it and achieve your goals.

Some of the classes we offer are:

  • Cardio (HIIT and LIIT – High and Low Impact Interval Training)
  • Strength Training
  • Boxing
  • Pilates and Yoga
  • Plus many more

You don’t have to be “Fit” to come along, we cater for all levels of fitness, you can go at your own pace, and lift at your own pace. Just come along and enjoy the relaxed and encouraging atmosphere.
