Newham, Three Chain Road - Road Reconstruction

Road reconstruction works are planned on Three Chain Road, Newham.

The project includes:

  • 535 metres of road pavement reconstruction from 1129 Three Chain Road in a westerly direction
  • roadside drainage improvements.

This road improvement project is jointly funded by the Australian Government’s Roads to Recovery Program and Council’s 2023/24 Capital Works Program.

The works commenced Friday 5 April, and are due to be completed by the end of April, weather permitting. 

Minor delays are expected during the road construction works. Please allow extra time if travelling in the area.
