New Gisborne, Station Road - new footpath works

The Station Road, New Gisborne footpath works involve construction of a 1.5m wide, 165m long concrete footpath along the west side of Station Road.

The footpath connects with the existing path on the south side and will get linked to the future proposed path towards Ferrier Road, which is identified as a high priority link on the Council’s Shire Wide Footpath Plan. Council’s Shire-wide Footpath Plan.

The construction is scheduled to commence 1st week of May 2024 and is expected to be completed within 4 weeks, weather permitting.

The footpath works are funded by the Council's 2023/24 Capital Works Budget.
