Meeting agendas are available at least five days before a meeting.

* Planning Delegated and Submitters Committee meetings are only held when required.

** CEO will determine the date, time and venue in accordance with the Governance Rules.

Meeting dates may be added or changed throughout the year. 

Meeting locations and public gallery

Council Meetings are held at the Gisborne Administration Centre, 40 Robertson Street (opposite the police station). These meetings are open to the public and available to watch via a livestream, or a recording in the days following.

Planning Delegated and Submitters Committee meetings are held online only. You can watch a livestream, or a recording in the days after each meeting.
