A section of asphalt footpath on Owen Street in Woodend, from High Street to Buckland Street, has been upgraded to concrete.
Council’s Footpath Renewal Program focuses on replacing and/or upgrading existing footpath and shared paths to enhance safety and accessibility.
Locations are prioritised based on condition assessments and inspections.
As part of the program, existing asphalt and brick footpaths are upgraded to concrete where possible.
