Riddells Creek, Sutton Street - New footpath works

As part of Council’s 2025–26 New Footpath Program, a new 1.5m wide concrete footpath is being constructed along the east side of Sutton Street between Mahoneys Road and Somerville Lane.

The works include construction of a new concrete footpath, pram ramps at the intersection, and other associated improvements to create a safer and more accessible walking route for the community.

These works are funded by the 2025–26 Capital Works Program.

Works are scheduled to commence in mid-May and are expected to be completed by the end of May 2026.

Minor delays are expected during construction. Please allow extra time when travelling in the area and follow all traffic management and signage in place.
