Trentham East, Chanters Lane - Road Reconstruction

Chanters Lane, Trentham East will be upgraded from the Ashbourne Road intersection to Pearsons Road intersection.

The project includes:

  • 1.4km of road pavement reconstruction from Ashbourne Road intersection to Pearsons Road intersection
  • Upgraded bus shelter at the intersection of Ashbourne Road
  • Roadside drainage improvements.

Minor delays are expected during the works. Please allow extra time if travelling in the area.

These works are funded by the 2024-25 Capital Works Program.

Works have been awarded and a construction start date is pending planning approvals, including from external authorities.
