Council’s in-person Statutory Planning counter service at Gisborne Administration Centre will be unavailable on Wednesday 15 April 2026.
The carpet within the library was in poor condition and was replaced by cushioned carpet tiles, improving the comfort and aesthetics of the internal spaces.
Carpet installation has been completed and the Library re-opened on 12 February 2026.
