Swinburne Avenue Children's Centre Roof Repairs

This project will fix roofing and stormwater issues at Swinburne Avenue Children's Centre. 

Works will include a renewal of the stormwater system, roof flashing and ventilation, and replacement of box gutters and sumps.

Works to be undertaken in school holiday periods. Expected completion by mid April 2026.
