Although the February fires may seem a distant memory, for many the recovery process continues, particularly physical clean up and the replacement of infrastructure.
Last summer's fires were a reminder that the very things that attract people to our region also place us at a higher risk of bushfire and grassfire.
Electricity distribution infrastructure in bushfire prone areas is currently being upgraded.
