Development Plan Overlay 24 - Lancefield (DPO24)
Council is continuing to advocate to the Victorian Government around the future of Development Plan Overlay 24 (DPO24) in Lancefield, with Council's endorsed stance requesting the removal of DPO24 from the Macedon Ranges Planning Scheme, informed by landowner feedback since its introduction in 2020 and following a resolution of Council at its 22 February 2023 Council Meeting.
