Green waste vouchers
Each financial year the property address will receive two vouchers of accepted green waste to be dropped off at one of our Resource Recovery Facilities for free. The green waste vouchers are issued through our LoopedIn Councils Waste App
Voucher terms and conditions
- Each financial year the property address will receive two (2) 6 x 4 x 1m trailer vouchers of accepted green waste to be dropped off at one of our Resource Recovery Facilities for free.
- Two vouchers issued annually per rated property (residential or commercial).
- Resident must have a valid app voucher OR a printed voucher with barcode ALONG WITH photographic ID for presentation at the Resource Recovery Facility.
- Vouchers valid until 30 June 2027.
- Accepted green waste only, no weeds. The attendants have the right to refuse materials or items that are not accepted at the site (for example: noxious weeds, agapanthus, yukkas etc)
- Materials must be sorted and correctly disposed of in the appropriate place at the direction of the attendant.
- Any aggression or unreasonable behaviour will not be tolerated, and users will be asked to leave the facility.
Additional information
- Green waste vouchers have previously been distributed through our ShireLife newsletter. As of September 2026, digital green waste vouchers will be available through the LoopedIn Councils waste app or printed through our website.
- If you do not have access to a smartphone to download the app, you can download your vouchers online via the button below. If you do not have access to a printer, you can visit one of our customer service centres where our staff can assist you with printing your voucher.
