More low-impact than land-based aerobics, our Aqua Aerobics and Aqua Zumba classes have most of the fat-burning and endurance-building benefits that you get from other forms of aerobic activity.
Our experienced and qualified instructors ensure that each participant gets the maximum benefit from their workout. Participants can work at their own pace, making this form of exercise perfect for everyone, regardless of fitness level or experience.
Held in the main pools at Kyneton and Gisborne aquatic centres, classes are ideal for people who want to develop cardio fitness in a challenging environment.
In our aqua aerobics classes, you'll use water resistance and additional water based equipment in aqua aerobics to improve cardiovascular fitness.
Aqua Zumba blends the Latin-inspired dance rhythms of Zumba with water resistance to tone the entire body in a fun and joyful format.
All workouts are gentle on joints and effective for improving balance, flexibility, and core strength.
