The Fire Danger Period for Macedon Ranges Shire started at 1am on Monday 17 November until further notice. During this time, no fire may be lit in the open air without a permit.

Otherwise known as Lake Park, this park is the perfect location for a picnic by the lake, and has a great view of the railway viaduct constructed in 1859.
Located close to town and is home to a friendly flock of geese.
Please do not feed the geese.

Dogs must be on leash at all times unless in a designated off leash area. You must pick up and dispose of your dog’s waste in a bin. Dogs must be under effective control and never left unattended.
