All fees include 10% GST. Fees and charges are updated 1 July each year, in line with Council's Budget.

Venue Subsidy Scheme

A venue subsidy scheme is available for community or NFP groups, and local artists or arts organisations. To enquire about eligibility, or to request an application form, email creativevenues@mrsc.vic.gov.au

Council's public liability

All hirers are required to hold their own public liability insurance. NFP groups and individuals without cover are eligible to be covered under Council's public liability for an additional fee of $20.

Please note that bookings cannot be made less than 10 days in advance. 

Mobility access

The Red Brick Hall is well equipped to support patrons using wheelchairs, prams or who require mobility assistance. 

Main entry to the venue from Yaldwyn Stree West is via a ramp. The alternative entrance at the front of the building has a small flight of stairs and has no paved pathway leading to it from the footpath. Mobility access is via an accessible drop off and pick up point at the front of the building, leading to the ramped front entrance.

There is also an accessible parking spot in the carpark at the rear of the building, however there is currently no continuous pathway from this carpark to the ramped front entrance.

The internal stage is accessed via two small steps without a handrail. 

Deaf or Hard of Hearing access

There are no specific access supports at this venue for patrons who are deaf or hard of hearing. This venue is not currently equipped with a hearing loop or similar hearing assistance system.

Blind or vision impaired access

There are no specific access supports at this venue for patrons who are blind or have low vision.

Bathroom access

The internal bathroom is fully accessible. There are additional external bathrooms located behind the venue, near the rear carpark. These additional bathrooms are only accessible by stairs from the back of the building and there is no continuous paved access from the ramped front entrance. These additional bathrooms limited accessibility features and may not be suitable for patrons using a wheelchair.   

Parking 

There is strictly limited parking available at the rear of the venue including one accessible parking spot. Additional on-street parking is available in Yaldwyn Street West and other nearby streets, as sign posted. 

Drop off / pick up points

There is a designated accessible drop off or pick up point at the front of this venue.
