Originally constructed in 2001, the Kyneton Skatepark was assessed as poor and in need of re-invigoration in Council’s Skate and BMX Strategy (adopted in November 2023), and identified as a short-term priority project to fund.
This project will deliver detailed designs and preliminary cost plans for an upgrade to the Kyneton Skatepark. These designs will feed into a plan for construction delivery, using a Federal Government funding commitment of $750,000.
