Anzac Day services will be held in towns throughout the shire on Saturday 25 April. There will also be some changes to normal weekend opening hours at some facilities.

Stanley Park is an important open space and biodiversity asset in Mount Macedon.
In August 2023, feedback was invited on a new draft Environment Management Plan for Stanley Park. The updated Plan will inform an Infrastructure Master Plan for Stanley Park, which will guide future works in the reserve.
At the 2023 December Council meeting, the Stanley Park Environmental Management Plan 2023 was adopted.
