parkrun is a completely FREE, community event where you can walk, jog, run, volunteer or spectate.
Dixon Field parkrun follows a 5km course and takes place every Saturday morning at 8:00am.
parkrun is positive, welcoming and fully inclusive, there is no time limit, and no one finishes last!!
Everyone is welcome to come along.
