Council is delivering drainage renewal works in Eucalypt Court and Candlebark Court, Riddells Creek.
As part of the project, approximately 79 metres of existing 225 mm diameter stormwater pipe in Eucalypt Court will be rehabilitated using a trenchless Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) lining method. The project will also include rehabilitation of approximately 79 metres of existing 225 mm diameter stormwater pipe in Candlebark Court using the same method.
These upgrades will improve the condition, performance and service life of the existing drainage infrastructure while minimising disruption to surrounding roads and properties.
The works are funded through Council's Capital Works Program 2026/27.
The project is currently in the procurement phase and construction dates will be published once the works have been awarded.
Minor delays may occur during the works. Please allow extra travel time if travelling in the area.
