Gisborne - Rosalia Estate

Council has been notified of upcoming works surrounding the Rosalia Estate near Ross Watt Road and Swinburne Avenue, Gisborne.

The developer for this proposal, ID_Land, has engaged Winslow Constructors to complete civil works as part of the development. Both the developer and the civil contractor have provided direct communications to nearby residents and are expected to do so throughout the process.

Upcoming traffic changes that Council have been notified of, as part of these works, include:

• 16 June - mid-September: Swinburne Avenue closed to north-bound traffic. Temporary traffic signals will be installed at the intersection of Ross Watt Road and Swinburne Avenue. Swinburne Avenue will be converted into a single-lane, one-way road, travelling south-bound only. Bus route 73 (Gisborne) north-bound service will not travel through Cherry Lane/Swinburne Avenue during the works, passengers must travel to the alternative bus stop at Cherry Lane/Station Road to travel to New Gisborne.
