GAB Theatre is a Lancefield based community theatre company.
Established in 2021 at the height of the pandemic its founders, George Benca and Barbara Sapwell-Benca were missing the theatre scene – the excitement of performing and seeing and hearing the response of an audience – so we started our little company. With over a combined 60 years of theatre performing and attending theatre all around the world, we are now bringing live theatre to our community.
GAB Theatre produces one junior production at the start of the year and a senior winter festival in the later part of the year. Productions are held at Lancefield Mechanics Institute.
Lancefield
