Hi, I’m Renee Mather, a Melbourne and Woodend-based kinesiologist and the founder of Conscious Kinesiology.

For over 17 years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals on their journey toward balance, resilience, and self-discovery. My work is grounded in optimism and compassion, traits that have guided me since I began practicing in 2007. Over the years, I’ve learned that fostering joy and courage, while embracing vulnerability, is key to helping others heal.
