When using the outdoor exercise stations, we ask that you follow this health and safety advice.

  • Warm up before using the equipment
  • Drink water to stay hydrated
  • Stop immediately if you feel any pain, discomfort or dizziness
  • Protect your skin when the UV is three and above
  • Wipe down the equipment after use
  • Stretch to cool down
  • Use caution when touching metal surfaces on hot days
